If you receive a suspicious email, do not reply and please forward it to spoof@citi.com and delete the mail from your inbox.
If you receive a suspicious SMS text message, do not reply and please take a screenshot of the message and email it to spoof@citi.com and delete the message from your inbox.
You can also forward any suspicious SMS text messages you receive to 7726. This is a free of charge service available across all mobile network providers.
